Hello everyone!
We also wanted to share a quick update on shipping statuses by region, following several requests. While we’ve encountered some supply chain delays during the process, we’re making steady progress toward completing all deliveries.
US deliveries are now complete! If you’re in the US and haven’t received your package, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll resolve any outstanding cases immediately.
As you know, we have already shipped some of our Europe and Canada orders. We still continue shipping Europe and Canada orders batch by batch. We estimate that all Europe and Canada deliveries will be completed by December 20, 2024.
Shipping to Australia and New Zealand will begin in a few weeks, depending on the pace of progress for Europe and Canada orders.
The expected delivery completion dates for Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand are as follows:
United States - Completed (November 6, 2024)
Europe & Canada - In progress (December 20, 2024)
Australia & New Zealand & Rest of the World - Queued for shipment (December 27, 2024)

Shipping Update - The Last Mile Deliveries are Starting!

Hello everyone,
We just had a quick update about where we are in the shipping schedule.
US, AUS & CA
Our sea freight docked in the United States, and we are now moving forward with the customs process. Unless anything unexpected happens, we will be able to start the last mile deliveries next week!
In case we are delayed with the customs - not likely, but not impossible either - we will let you guys know here.
EU & UK
Some of you have already received your packages - those were for our smoke test, and we encountered no issues.
We are now preparing our warehouse to start sending off orders batch by batch. We should start sending off all pledges in about two weeks! Feel free to reach out to us to see if your package is out or not by mid October: we usually have a delay between our shipping the order and attaching the tracking information, as we are handling hundreds of packages per day.

BEHOLD: Collector's Box Set for Era of the Crusades & Shipping Begins!

Hello everyone,
Last week, we received the final products of Era of the Crusades campaign from our printing house - AND IT IS A SIGHT TO BEHOLD.
While these pictures really do not do the set justice - we wanted to share them with you to make the wait just a bit more bearable!
When we rampaged through the box, we forgot to put these back the correct way. Normally, the circular design is complete when you put them back in the right slots :D
The box also comes with serious protection, from within and without. To reduce the amount of plastic we used, we actually used spare paper from the manufacturing process to serve as protection for the books, dice and miniatures.
Shipping Begins
With the production finished, we placed everything to shipping containers to be sent all across the world TOMORROW!
We will keep you guys updated on when we receive the containers at our warehouses - but the timeline is up to the drowned gods now.
Our expectation is that our packages will arrive at our US warehouse within 3 to 4 weeks. Afterwards, we will do a quick smoke test to ensure everything gets delivered without a problem. Then, we will send everything out!
To Backers closeby and within Turkey, we will also send out your packages within a week or so!
